The DHPO is a non-profit organization registered with the State of Colorado. We assist all property owners in following the Protective Covenants, thereby maintaining the surroundings, protecting the natural environment, and improving property values.

Please contact the ECC for more information when considering any property improvements or modifications, including fencing, tree cutting, painting, and building new structures. Covenants adherence is mandatory regardless of DHPO membership status.
